Dark Hour Logistics is a-for-profit company whose business model follows the union or cooperative structure. It maintains a staff to operate the core organizational functions but is a collection of independent members. Any profit earned is either invested back into the organization or paid out to our members as a dividend. Our members share the common bond of previous military service in the logistics profession.
